Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager- Public Sector to advance growth across Texas and national accounts. You will lead strategy, build a strong pipeline, and partner with Proposal Development to craft RFx/SOW responses while engaging agency and commercial stakeholders.

Your experience in public sector sales and capture, plus collaboration with marketing and delivery teams, will drive strategic outcomes and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or capture management with Public Sector focus.
• Experience with staffing and service delivery and MSP delivery a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Texas state/local government procurement and RFx cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy and manage pipeline in Public Sector across Texas and national accounts.
• Lead outbound business development and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Proposal Development and Marketing; shape responses to RFx and SOWs.
