Qualifications

• Previous experience in benefits administration highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex data and information.
• Insurance background is helpful.
• Experience working with large data sets and complex information.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service experience and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for member and employer services related to benefit programs.
• Learn and apply complex eligibility, enrollment, and benefit distribution requirements.
• Manage and update sensitive member demographic and benefit account data.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible formats for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to technology modernization projects, including data research and remediation.
• Perform operational tasks, such as processing retirement benefit estimates and supporting customer service initiatives.
