• Process benefit transactions (Health, Life, Vision, Dental, Medicare, etc.) as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

Location: Wisconsin (Hybrid – local candidates only)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Rate: $23.10/hour
Anticipated Start Date: October 5, 2026

Our client administers retirement, insurance, and benefit programs for over 600,000 Wisconsin state and local government employees and retirees.

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable Benefit Specialists to support benefit administration and modernization initiatives. This role involves working with sensitive member data, interpreting complex benefit programs, and delivering clear, accurate information to a variety of audiences.

This position will initially focus on data research, validation, and remediation efforts tied to system modernization projects, with additional responsibilities supporting day-to-day benefit operations.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule: minimum 2 days onsite per week
• Remaining days remote based on workload and business needs
• Must be a current Wisconsin resident

Key Responsibilities

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
