Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years in public accounting or equivalent, with substantial government sector audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA license.
• Experience leading engagements, staff and client relationships in a hybrid firm environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead auditor or reporting partner on engagements in line with firm policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and engagement workflow across multiple client projects.
• Develop staff through training and performance reviews; participate in business development.
