Job summary

EY’s Government and Infrastructure Assurance practice is expanding in Boston. As a Manager, you will lead audit engagements, build strong client relationships, and guide assurance staff.

You’ll contribute to data integrity insights within accounting, finance, governance, and regulatory spaces and drive teams to deliver high-quality results. You’ll bring CPA credentials, 5+ years of related experience (or 4 years with a graduate degree), and the ability to travel up to 80% in some roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• U.S. CPA license.
• Approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience, with about 2 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for audit clients.
• Develop knowledge of current issues and business developments relevant to the client's industry.
• Build relationships and manage audit teams.
• Direct field work and inform supervisors of audit engagement status.
• Manage assurance staff performance and provide guidance.
