EY's Government & Public Sector Assurance practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead audit engagements for federal, state, local, and education clients. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact, shaping strategy and delivering high-quality assurance work.

Travel up to 25-30% in a hybrid environment may be required. You will mentor teams, manage projects, and deepen client relationships while applying advanced accounting and auditing knowledge to complex engagements within a collaborative,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with approximately 8 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• U.S. CPA license.
• Approximately 4 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for our clients and build relationships while managing teams and projects.
• Learn about current issues, profession, and business developments relevant to the client’s industry.
• Direct field work, inform supervisors of engagement status, and manage assurance staff performance.
• Provide guidance to assurance staff and deliver high-quality audit services.
• Contribute ideas and foster an efficient, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
