Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
• 2 years of experience in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building.
• Experience in asset management, insurance, banking/capital markets, or Real Estate/Hospitality/Construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audits of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAS and GAAP.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and provide insights to clients.
• Manage and motivate audit teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Cultivate client relationships and business development opportunities.
