Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge a customer’s multi‑million‑dollar business problem with our technical solution. You’ll own the MVP, write the PRD, and guide the engagement from discovery through production launch and adoption.

You will build C‑suite trust, map the customer landscape, and drive agile delivery with the FDE team to ensure production readiness and measurable value. Onsite work with customers is common (25–50%), and 7+ years of leadership in data/AI projects

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex data, analytics, AI, or software engagements.
• Experience delivering production AI systems and understanding adoption challenges.
• Excellent executive presence and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product direction from discovery to production launch.
• Lead technical discovery and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Define MVP and write PRD guiding the engineering backlog.
• Manage project scope and ensure successful landing with customers.
