Job summary

Moveworks, now part of ServiceNow, seeks an experienced Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector. You will advise on AI-enabled workflows, conduct discovery, and demonstrate end-to-end value of Moveworks integrated with ServiceNow.

You will lead workshops, architect solutions, quantify ROI, and guide customers through proof-of-concept engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering roles for enterprise applications.
• Experience applying AI in enterprise environments, incl. automation and data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms; scripting is a plus.
• Experience in technology or telecommunications industries preferred.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar enterprise cloud software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and drive deal strategy.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to map challenges to Moveworks/ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing Moveworks/ServiceNow integration and automation value.
• Facilitate workshops on AI/ML approach, integrations, security, and architecture.
• Build business cases and quantify ROI using reports and insights.
• Define success criteria and manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and guide roadmap alignment and outcomes.
• Coordinate handoffs to Customer Success and ensure post-sale continuity.
• Provide product feedback from customers to inform roadmap and strategy.
• Keep updated on competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices and scalable assets for demos and sales processes.
• Support field and marketing events, executive briefings, and user groups.
