Job summary

Aikido Security BV is building out its public sector sales team in the Federal and SLED segments. You will sell into government agencies, shape processes, and influence strategy to establish credibility in a specialized defense market.

We seek mid to senior level Account Executives with experience in Fed Gov or SLED, skilled in handling complex sales cycles, and comfortable operating in a startup within a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into Fed Gov or SLED
• Ability to navigate complex government budgets, procurement, and regulations
• Strong track record in strategic sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements

Responsibilities

• Manage complex federal sales opportunities
• Own relationships across government buyers, influencers, and stakeholders
• Prospect and build pipeline within federal accounts
• Navigate budgeting cycles, procurement processes, and regulatory constraints
• Help shape the public sector sales motion and broader growth initiatives
