Job summary

You will lead proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and navigate complex decisions to close strategic deals while achieving quarterly targets and maintaining accurate forecasts. Travel 50–75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of sales experience in enterprise software.
• Proven quota attainment in public sector selling.
• Prospect, analyze needs, present and close solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with executive relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level contact with named accounts to drive strategy.
• Sell Verint products and services to public sector accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans and proposals.
• Coordinate RFP responses and complex decision-making.
• Provide regular updates on issues and forecasts.
• Meet and exceed quotas and revenue goals.
• Manage account activities in Verint CRM.
