Job summary
Veeam Software is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial (Public) to develop and close opportunities with public customers in the assigned region. You will collaborate with partner sales to identify and accelerate deals.
Location: Region - North (Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne). Travel up to 50% and fluency in German and English are required. The role focuses on extending Veeam's reach through channel and direct sales to IT infrastructure customers.
Qualifications
- Direct, new business sales experience.
- Experience selling to IT infrastructure specialists.
- Experience with vendors in virtualization, cloud & SaaS is a plus.
- Channel and direct sales experience.
- Self-starter who learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close business with defined public accounts.
- Leverage partners to close sales with end customers.
- Cold calls to develop sales activities with new mid-market and high-segment end users.
- Up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base.
- Forecasts and account details in Salesforce.
- Coordinate and participate in territory marketing activities.
