Qualifications

• Experience in uniform and apparel sales to fire, law enforcement, and corrections.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and complex projects.

• Understanding of pricing, margins, and profitable sales.
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Outside Sales to identify and close opportunities.
• Work with agencies to understand requirements and recommend products.
• Take lead on opportunities when appropriate.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand within existing accounts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, proposals.
• Coordinate order processing and fulfillment with Purchasing, Sales Support, and Operations.
• Monitor vendor deliveries and address delays.
• Maintain communication on order status and issues.
• Follow through after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
