Job summary

Main Line Health in Radnor, PA is seeking a Public Safety Telecom Specialist to manage high-volume calls, dispatch public safety resources, and monitor security systems. You will handle emergent and non-emergency inquiries with confidentiality and professional service.

The role requires at least five years of customer service or call center experience, a day shift (7:00am–3:00pm), and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and timely incident communication. Tuition reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
• Ability to handle emergent and non-emergency calls with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process external calls and internal requests for safety resources.
• Dispatch public safety resources to reported incidents.
• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV, RMS, and other security technologies.
• Initiate emergency activations and document incidents accurately.
