Qualifications

• Completion of 60 college credits or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and gather details.
• Relay information to troopers, determine priorities, and request assistance.
• Access and maintain electronic records using CLEAN and JNET.
• Respond to public inquiries and assist visitors at the station.
• Participate in communications training and help teach new operators.
• Perform additional duties during emergencies.
