Advocate Health Care is hiring for a Public Safety position at Aurora Sinai Medical Center. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, with rotating weekends and some holidays.

The pay range is $25.30–$37.95 per hour and benefits are eligible. The officer provides security services, enforces policies, and leads shift activities while coordinating with leadership and law enforcement as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach per policies and training.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor to inspire confidence.
• Enforce safety and security rules; monitor and maintain equipment.
• Lead front-line shift duties for routine and emergency responsibilities.
• Schedule staff, manage timecards, and review shift documentation.
• Investigate incidents on Advocate Health property and file reports.
• De-escalate situations and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Participate in emergency planning and liaison with departments.
