Responsibilities

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach, focusing on professionalism, fairness, and compassion.
• Inspires confidence in patients, visitors, and team members with a professional, approachable demeanor and enforces safety rules.
• Performs routine interior and exterior patrols to identify vulnerabilities, hazards, and fire conditions while upholding policies and training.
• Responds to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with team members and leadership as needed.
• Serves as a de‑escalation resource and uses force only when necessary and per policy.
• Maintains documentation, reports incidents timely, and supports training across the department.
