Responsibilities

• Assist the public and staff in person, over the phone, and by email; explain policies and proper use of forms.
• Process criminal history investigations for licensing, including liquor, concealed weapons, traveling merchant, sex offender and felon registrations.
• Organize, compile and report statistical data on functions and activities.
• Process and disseminate police reports, traffic documents, and related records; create NCIC folders.
• Receive, process and conduct criminal history investigations and license applications; verify document validity.
• Enter and retrieve data, generate reports, and operate standard office equipment.
