  • High School diploma or GED required; some college in Criminal Justice helpful.
  • 2 years of general office experience in Criminal Justice field preferred.
  • Must obtain CCIC/NCIC within 3 months of hire; CCRN within 3 years.
  • Background checks and DMV and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming paperwork and route reports to divisions.
  • Enter and retrieve records in Records Management System.
  • Serve as receptionist and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Process warrants, incidents, and court dispositions for records.
  • Handle cash transactions related to fees and registrations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all records and audits.
  • Assist in monthly statistics reporting and data extraction.
