Job summary

National Police is seeking a customer service records clerk in Missouri to process and audit a range of police records, including stolen autos, missing persons, fraud, forgery, and protection orders.

The role involves data entry, indexing, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of records in compliance with laws and regulations; training in Local, MULES, and NCIC systems is provided and expected. Monetary collections for reports and photo fees apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Typing test of 35 words per minute will be administered.
• Must pass Missouri Sunshine Laws written examination within 6 months.
• Be MULES certified and have ability to operate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit a variety of records including stolen autos, missing persons, fraud and forgery, and protection orders.
• Provide audit, entry, indexing, storage, maintenance, retrieval and dissemination of Police Department records.
• Collect monies for the sale of police reports and photographic fees when applicable.
• Train in Local, MULES and NCIC terminal information; maintain and operate multiple computer systems.
