Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of work experience in program auditing or operations analysis, OR
• Master’s degree or higher plus four (4) years of work experience in program auditing or operations analysis

Responsibilities

• Supervises performance analysts and senior performance analysts
• Manage teams conducting inquiries into police accountability operations, policies, programs, and practices
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify areas of concern and improvements
• Develop recommendations for police accountability reforms based on best practices and research
• Draft, review, and edit reports with qualitative and quantitative analysis, findings, and recommendations
