Job summary

City of Mesa is seeking an IT Engineer II for Police Network Infrastructure to ensure high performance, uptime, and security across CAD-supporting networks. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of computer systems experience in one or more technical support areas such as Network, Server, GIS, Security, Database or Web.
• CCNP certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting for enterprise networks and systems.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Document changes and develop QA processes for success metrics.
• Mentor staff and coordinate day-to-day technical activities.
• Support projects using PMO standards and align work with IT strategies.
