Responsibilities

• Providing skilled technical services in installation, configuration, testing, integration, and ongoing support for City applications or infrastructure.
• Leading and coordinating day-to-day activities of technical staff (by assignment) of usually three or fewer direct reports.
• Performing project leadership for medium- to large-size projects using PMO standard methodologies or concurrent small- to medium-scale projects.
• Maintaining system documentation and supporting computing processes across multiple platforms.
