Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Extensive (5+ years) experience in IT management or project leadership.
• Considerable (3-5 years) experience in managing large-scale systems or services.

Responsibilities

• Develop service strategy for one or more IT services and guide the City’s investment in that service.
• Manage SLAs and collaborate with solution architects on architecture roadmaps.
• Lead DoIT initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budgets and asset management.
• Ensure alignment of IT projects with city-wide strategic goals and customer needs.
