Skydio, the leading US drone company, seeks a Key Account Leader for Public Safety, Remote West Territory. You’ll own a high-volume territory, drive end-to-end deals, and fund, approve, and deploy agency programs with precision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of quota-bearing sales, proven pipeline generation, and disciplined MEDDPICC qualification. Travel 50%+ and collaborate across teams to win with channel partners.

Qualificações

• 2+ years carrying an individual quota in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals from first contact to signed contract.
• Ability to build your own pipeline with clear ownership of outbound activity.
• Disciplined qualification and forecast that your manager can trust.
• Fluency selling with and through channel partners.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and base in West Territory.
• Strong activity, pipeline discipline across many deals at once.

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline and own your territory plan: know the agencies in it and why they’ll move.
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound, events, and partners.
• Get in early and shape the criteria agencies will use to decide.
• Manage a high volume of agencies and qualify quickly to focus on those likely to move.
• Run full-cycle deals from discovery to procurement and approval.
• Qualify with MEDDPICC rigor and walk away from non-real deals.
• Build consensus among agency leadership, city managers, and council/commission.
• Sell against incumbents and challengers by framing Skydio’s differentiators.
• Sell with and through channel partners and structure deals to close.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Business Development, Government Relations, and Mission Success.
• Hand off to Mission Success after award and stay connected to grow accounts.
• Forecast honestly and maintain clean pipeline for leadership trust.
• Leverage AI tools daily for agency research, prep, and pipeline analysis.
