Skydio, the leading US drone company, seeks a Key Account Leader for Public Safety to own major agency accounts across the Northwest. You will lead full-cycle, quota-bearing sales from discovery to deployment, coordinating with sales engineering, B.D., channel, and government relations.

Expect to build strategic relationships with police, fire, and emergency management leaders. You will use MEDDPICC rigor, craft territory plans, and leverage AI tools to research agencies, prepare for meetings,

Qualifications

• 6+ years carrying an individual quota in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Personal success running full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signed contract.
• A track record of building your own pipeline and sourcing closed business.
• Disciplined qualification and a forecast your manager could trust.
• Fluency selling with and through channel partners.
• Daily, systematic use of AI tools in your own work, and show measurable improvements.

Responsabilités

• Own your territory plan: know the agencies in it and why they will move this year.
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound, events, and partners.
• Run full-cycle deals from discovery to award: MEDDPICC-driven.
• Build consensus across chiefs, sheriffs, IT, finance, procurement, and elected officials.
• Sell with and through channel partners and hand off to Mission Success after award.
