Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Key Account Leader, Mid-City to own a territory of mid-sized public safety agencies. You will run a full-cycle, quota-bearing process—from discovery to contract—collaborating with Sales Engineering, Channel, and Government Relations to secure funding and deployment.

You will build a robust pipeline, craft compelling business cases for councils, and navigate procurement with MEDDPICC rigor. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years carrying an individual quota in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience building pipeline and sourcing closed business.
• Disciplined qualification and trusted forecast.
• Presence with agency leadership and high personal integrity under quota pressure.
• Willing to travel at least 50% and based in Western U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory plan: know the agencies in it, which are likely to move this year, and why.
• Run full-cycle deals from first conversation to award: discovery, proposal, procurement, and approval.
• Qualify with MEDDPICC rigor and build consensus across stakeholders.
• Sell against incumbents and challengers, highlighting Skydio's differentiators.
• Equip your champion to take a program through council or commission approval.
