Job summary

Skydio, the leading US drone company, is seeking a high-impact Key Account Leader, Majors, Public Safety. You’ll own a named set of major public safety accounts across the US, manage full-cycle deals, and drive a regional growth plan with MEDDPICC discipline.

Expect to work remotely within the Northwest US, with travel 50%+ in supported regions. You will report to the Key Account Director, Majors, Public Safety, collaborating with Sales Engineering, BDR, Channel, and Government Relations to win

Qualifications

6+ years carrying an individual quota in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
Proven track record running full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signed contract.
Demonstrated ability to build your own pipeline and forecast confidently.
Disciplined qualification and a forecast your manager could trust.
Fluency selling with and through channel partners.
Daily, systematic use of AI tools in your work and a workflow you built or improved.

Responsibilities

Build pipeline: own your territory plan and generate your own pipeline.
Win: run full-cycle deals from discovery to award and close.
Partner: collaborate with channel partners and cross-functional teams to land the deal.
Run your territory: forecast honestly and keep the pipeline clean for leadership review.
Use AI tools daily for agency research, call prep, RFP responses, and pipeline analysis.
Share competitive intelligence and product gaps from the field to the team.
