Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience maintaining automated inventory systems and safeguarding equipment.
• Ability to conduct annual inventory and reconcile records with the automated system.
• Ability to properly dispose of equipment no longer usable for service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an accurate automated inventory system for all equipment in the Quartermaster Section.
• Verifies stock levels and ensures sufficient quantities are on hand.
• Maintains records of all items ordered and received.
• Conducts yearly inventory and reconciles with system data.
• Updates inventory records to reflect assignments to employees (civilian and sworn).
• Disposes of equipment no longer usable for service.
