The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Customer Service Specialist position located within the Records Section at the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Headquarters Building.
Major duties include but are not limited to:
Hiring salary will be commensurate with experience.
High School diploma or equivalent; one (1) year of related work experience in a clerical position involving contact with the public and working with automated systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a US Citizen or 10-year resident of the United States. Must pass a VCIN/NCIC written examination and become VCIN/NCIC certified and obtain a Notary Public license within one year of employment.
Selection process includes review of the Applicant Screening Questionnaire and County employment application; in-person interview(s); and an intensive background investigation to include fingerprinting, criminal background check, credit check, driving record, and polygraph examination.
