Job summary
BRINC is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to grow adoption of drone technology in Fire/EMS. You will act as a trusted advisor to fire departments, EMS, and emergency management, guiding long, consultative sales cycles for high-value tech solutions.
Heavy travel (75%) is required as you expand our public safety UAS programs. Ideal candidates have established fire service relationships and experience selling complex technology, with a strong understanding of deployment models,
Qualifications
- Enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience in public safety.
- Strong relationships with Fire Chiefs and executive leadership.
- Comfort selling high-value technology and complex deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Fire/EMS agencies in a territory.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for decision-makers.
- Serve as SME on public safety UAS operations and deployment models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist with budgeting and planning.
- Represent BRINC at conferences and industry events.
