  5. Dispatch and coordinate responses to fire alarms, code pinks, chemical spills/leaks, and other emergencies.
  6. Assist in disaster response, including setting up incident command, lockdown procedures, traffic management, and decontamination procedures.
  7. Control and monitor access to Sparrow properties, including programming access, remote locking/unlocking, screening visitors, and monitoring off-site properties.
  8. Document hospital activity and calls in dispatch software, assign reports, and track use of restraint devices and forensic patients.
  9. Provide visitors with information and direct them appropriately within the health system, resolving issues like missing paperwork or incorrect building information.
  10. Identify and utilize resources to assist those with language, visual, or hearing challenges.
  11. Use LEIN and other systems to run checks on names, license plates, CPLs, and other investigations.
  12. Serve as a role model by demonstrating Sparrow's ICARE values and respecting privacy and confidentiality.
  13. Send mass communications when needed to inform caregivers of critical information.
