• Experience with strategic sales motions involving government agencies and Government Relations partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives with guidance on complex sales cycles.
• Maintain predictable sales cadence, Salesforce hygiene, deal progression, and timely escalations.
• Partner with Government Relations and business development to expand market presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and develop new product opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and deal updates to leadership.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP responses aligning with client needs.
• Coach the team on selling to state/local government agencies and advocacy groups.
