Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site instruction for CommandCentral software within the Public Safety domain. You will tailor sessions for end users and system administrators, ensuring practical knowledge transfer.

The role requires strong presentation skills, experience with Zoom/Google Meet/Slides, and the ability to manage training materials, schedules, and stakeholder communications. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• Experience with Motorola customer software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Develop comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material; measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
