Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site instruction for CommandCentral software in the public safety sector. This role focuses on creating a thoughtful customer education experience and improving user workflows and training quality.

The ideal candidate will facilitate classes remotely and in-person using live environments, documentation, and minimal slide content, with travel up to 50% and CJIS compliance.

Qualifikationen

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (domestic and occasional international travel).
• Remote work eligible from any US state.

Aufgaben

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides.
• Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules.
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operates under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
