Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies, focusing on tailoring training for varying levels from end users to system admins in the Public Safety environment.

This role requires effective facilitation of in-person and virtual classes, plus the ability to produce training materials, measure effectiveness, and collaborate with the CommandCentral Training Team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hands-on software training to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with public safety software and training environments.
• Ability to tailor content for end users and system administrators.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete required reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on schedules.
• Create training and technical documents and course materials.
• Assess knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision of the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
