Axon 911 is hiring a Solutions Architect to design end-to-end public safety solutions, including Axon products and third-party integrations. You will support pre-sales and delivery activities, write technical specs, and create architecture diagrams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Applicants should have strong AWS/Azure cloud experience, Docker and microservices know‑how, networking fundamentals, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role in the public safety industry.
• Architectural mindset capable of multi-level solution views.
• Extensive experience in professional services with executive stakeholders.
• Strong AWS and Azure cloud platform experience and automation.
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS, microservices, and Docker containers.
• Familiarity with Cisco collaboration solutions and network fundamentals.
• Proven ability to design integrated solutions and document architectures.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Axon 911 products and third‑party integrations.
• Support sales cycle and operations with architectural guidance and specs.
• Create technical specs, diagrams, and build materials.
• Perform research on technologies and vendor solutions for client requirements.
• Provide thought leadership and ensure adherence to implementation best practices.
• Assist delivery teams with design, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate technical leadership on projects with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with R&D and CTO to explore new solutions.
