Job summary

Versaterm in the United States, a public safety SaaS leader, seeks a Lead Product Manager to shape mission-critical systems for Police, Fire, and EMS. You will oversee portfolio strategy, drive modernization across CAD or RMS, and mentor others while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to deliver measurable value.

You'll combine deep product expertise with hands-on execution, defining strategy, roadmaps, and pricing, and ensuring security and CJIS

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS product management.
• Hands-on AI experience to speed up work and drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with business cases, pricing strategies and P&Ls.
• Deep expertise in product mgmt methodologies and Agile.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Mentoring and developing other product professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year strategic vision spanning multiple products or lines.
• Drive portfolio-level innovation and align with market needs.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps across teams.
