Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of public-records investigations or risk‑management research experience.
• Experience in Am Law 100/200 or large professional services preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted research tools or analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entities using various databases and sources.
• Verify identities and corroborate findings, citing basis for each conclusion.
• Synthesize research into concise, well‑sourced reports for attorneys and clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm staff to fulfill research requests.
• Maintain and update watch-list databases and support due diligence and conflicts processes.
