Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years in public-records investigations or risk‑management research.
• Experience in Am Law 100/200 firms preferred.
• Experience supporting due diligence, conflicts checks, or lateral hires preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted research tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and entities using diverse sources.
• Verify identities and corroborate findings; document basis for each finding.
• Identify patterns and escalate issues to Risk Mitigation Research Manager.
• Research corporate family trees to support conflicts review.
• Retrieve court documents and filings to support investigations.
