Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP's Knowledge Management Department seeks a Risk Mitigation Analyst to conduct hands-on public records and investigative research supporting client engagements and internal risk management.

You will verify identities, synthesize findings into clear reports, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to address due diligence and conflicts reviews while leveraging firm-approved AI tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; equivalent education and work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two (2) years of public-records investigations or risk‑management research experience.
• Experience in a law firm or large professional services setting preferred.
• Advanced degree such as a JD or MLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entities across multiple sources.
• Verify subject identities and corroborate findings with documented sources.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, gaps, and leads within research results and escalate issues.
• Retrieve court documents, dockets, and related filings as needed.
