Job summary

Washington State Department of Labor & Industries seeks a Management Analyst 5 to join the Public Records Unit within the Information Governance Program. You will support agency compliance, promote transparency, and ensure data privacy while providing timely access to records.

You’ll analyze laws, update policies, and coordinate with the Public Records Officer, PRO, and executives. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, Lean/process-improvement background, and strong data analysis skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, education, or related field and five years in a related field including planning, analysis, coordination, and consultation.

• Update policies to align with laws and rules and analyze case law for updates to Public Records policies and WACs.
