City of Bullhead City seeks a part-time Parks Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance, repair, construction and cleanup of city parks and facilities. This 29-hour week position may require weekend/holiday work and is non-benefited.

Responsibilities include maintaining sports fields, operating equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and related maintenance knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license required; must obtain NIMS training per FEMA.
• Ability to perform heavy manual tasks and work outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain sports fields for play (watering, dragging, lining, tamping, raking).
• Maintain parks, right-of-ways and drainage systems; perform repairs as needed.
• General clean-up duties: sweeping, mopping, trash collection and window/walls care.
• Operate trucks and power tools safely in compliance with regulations.
• Complete daily logs and reports; assist with safety and maintenance tasks.
