Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in motor vehicle transactions and performs data entry.
• Answers questions about titles, registrations, renewals, and related inquiries; researches and provides information.
• Collects forms and supporting documents; routes to appropriate staff.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and escalatin g when needed.
• Calculates and collects fees; performs preliminary cash audits and handles payments.
• Encourages use of self-service renewal kiosk or drop-off options.
