Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with public or labor clients.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Life and Health licensure maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, and development of the Public & Labour Practice.
• Develop targeted sales and marketing strategies for prospects.
• Educate producers on the value proposition and consulting approach; serve as SME.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners.
• May lead strategic consultation efforts for clients.
