IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a leader to grow the Public & Labor Practice in the Los Angeles area. You will build carrier partnerships, develop brand relationships, and craft industry-specific resources for producers.

You will educate clients on the public and labor value proposition and serve as a subject matter expert. Collaboration with national teams and partners will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with public or labor clients.
• Leadership, strategic planning, ability to influence peers, and ability to work in teams.
• Demonstrates above average business acumen related to strategy execution and decision consequences.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy, growth, and development of the Public & Labor Practice.
• Develops targeted sales and marketing strategies for prospects.
• Educates producers on the public and labor value proposition and IMA’s consulting approach.
• Supports development of RFP responses and collaboration across service teams.
