Qualifications

• Associate's degree and paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide paraprofessional legal assistance to eligible clients in civil matters under attorney supervision.
• Serve as primary case handler for designated matters where assigned.
• Conduct client intake, screening, referrals, and maintain electronic case files.
• Assist with case development through client interviews, fact gathering, research, and investigation.
• Draft pleadings, orders, and other legal documents; file documents and coordinate hearings.
• Support attorneys in client representation and outreach activities.
