Responsibilities

• Provide paraprofessional legal assistance to eligible clients under attorney supervision.
• Serve as primary case handler for designated matters under attorney supervision.
• Conduct client intake, screening, and maintain electronic case files.
• Assist with case development through client interviews, fact gathering, research, and investigation.
• Draft pleadings, orders, and other legal documents; file documents; coordinate hearings.
