Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited) and Texas PE license.
• 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure, municipal roadway, drainage, and pedestrian facility design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and ability to manage design teams and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction of municipal roadways, drainage, trails, and related infrastructure.
• Manage projects from planning through delivery: scope, budget, schedule, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support proposals and RFQs.
• Ensure QA/QC to meet Halff standards and applicable codes.
• Mentor engineers, EITs, and technical staff and manage client relationships.
