Job summary

Halff seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager in Austin, TX with a Texas PE license and 5+ years of public infrastructure design experience. You will lead municipal roadways, drainage, and pedestrian facilities projects from planning through delivery, mentor staff, and coordinate with public sector clients.

The role offers growth with Halff’s Public Infrastructure team, including proposal support and client relationship management, in a collaborative office environment in North Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 5–10 years of public infrastructure design experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee design and construction of municipal roadways, trails, and drainage improvements.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support proposals and RFQs.
• Ensure QA/QC per Halff standards and industry codes.
• Guide project teams and mentor engineers and technicians.
